Some of the points to be aware of when corporate dining -
- Ladies should be seated first before you sit down at a place setting.
- Make sure ladies order their food before you give your order.
- Establish with guests their preference to wines - and guide if necessary.
- Know which glass to use with different wines.
- Understand the correct use and technique of all the cutlery.
- Physical manners at the table. Sitting and eating.
- Keep your mobile in your pocket and on silent - Not on the table.
- Try to talk to fellow guests, but not about yourself.
- Thank the Maître d'hôtel when leaving the restaurant - It's good manners.
